School Meals / Bwyd

School meals are prepared on the premises and are available at a cost of 1.70 per day / 8.50 per week (correct as os April 2010). Dinner money is collected every Monday. Please send payment in an envelope with your child's name clearly written on it. Cheques must be made payable to RCT CBC.

Children who do not wish to have school meals may bring their own packed lunches. All drinks must be brought in plastic bottles and should not be fizzy.

Application forms for free school meals may be obtained from the school. The school employs four Supervisory Assistants to supervise the children throughout lunchtime.

School Milk / Llaeth

All 3-7 year old pupils are entitles to free milk in school

Snacks / Prydiau Byr

Infant pupils are provided with fruit to eat with their milk during morning break. A small payment is collected each term from parents. Junior pupils have a fruit tuck shop each day of the week.

Water / Dwr

Research shows that children's concentration is improved if they drink water regularly. We allow pupils to bring bottles of water to school so that they may have a drink playtime and lesson time if required. Bottles must be small and have a sports top so that they will not tip. Squash must not be added to water.
